Informal science education refers to lifelong learning of science that takes place across a multitude of settings and experiences, but outside of the formal classroom.
In order to engage the general public in concepts related to our research and to promote a greater appreciation of science, we run a suite of programs dedicated to informal science outreach.
This includes museum outreach, exhibit development, and dialogue with the arts. Creative approaches to enhance the exploration and understanding of our research are highly encouraged.
